Course Overview: PULSE is a research oriented technically intensive programme for Electrical/Electronics engineers

As a participant you will:

Deal with systems from multiple vendors
Determine what you might apply when you design electronic products
Explore uncertainties in your design cycle including the role of third party IP vendors
Learn to manage risk and prevent surprises
Understand the role of complexity in the selection of algorithms
Find ways to innovate and collaborate with partners and third parties
Map & manage the links and risks in the electronic product design
Challenge miniaturization and look at collaboration and various forms of integration
Orchestrate technology and methodology to drive a development process

Course Materials:
Each candidate will be provided hard copies of class notes. A work book for each subject should be kept by each   candidate plus one work book for projects.

Evaluation and Certification
There will be evaluation/test conducted for each module after completion of the module. Evaluations are based on three projects. The performance of the student is monitored throughout the programme and a grade will be granted to him according to his skills. This grade will be used for placement purposes.
